The data fields are:
- The questions you are going to ask of those filling out a pre-registration form
- The fields asked or used when importing data for QR Passcode Photos galleries.
These data fields are customizable on a per-gallery basis.
When you have pre-registration or QR Passcode Photos enabled, you will have a Data Fields tab in the tab menu.
Standard Fields
Email, first name & last name fields are always shown and required. You can optionally enable:
- Phone
- Subject's first & last name.
- Address
- * Secondary contact
- Custom fields
You can adjust the text used for these fields. Example: you may want to call subject's first name 'Child's First Name" or "Player's First Name".
When enabling address, it will show address, city, state and postal code.
* When there is a secondary contact, any emails sent about the subject will go to both the main contact and secondary contact.
Custom Fields
There is a Leader field (coach, teacher) and 3 other custom fields. (Note: the Leader field can be used as a custom field and doesn't have to be called leader).
Each of these fields have 3 different option types:
1) Text field: customer types in an answer.
2) Dropdown Menu: customer will select 1 answer from the available options you enter.
3) Multiple select checkboxes: a customer can select multiple options from the available options you enter.
When entering in options for dropdowns and checkboxes, you will enter them 1 per line.
Notes
- When creating a new gallery, it will use the data fields from your last gallery created.
- When you duplicate a gallery, it will duplicate those data fields.
