Creating Collections / Packages

The Collections can be used for packages, collages, albums, etc... anything someone needs to pick more than one photo for.

When you create a collection, you select from existing products in your product base. To get started, go to Photo Products > Collections then click Create New Collection.

Give it a name, price and select "I will assign products to this collection".

After you create the collection, you can edit the options of limiting poses, taxable, shippable, print credit and description.

On the right side of the page you select from your product base the products to add and the quantity.

You also have the option to upload a photo to show with the collection.

Extra Photo & Extra New Photo Options

After you add products to a collection, there is an option for Extra Photo & Extra New Photo. By entering in a price in these fields, this will allow the customer to purchase extra photos in the collection at an additional price.

Extra Photo is the price for a pose that has already been added to the collection.

Extra NEW Photo is the price for a pose that has not been added to the collection. This will allow you to charge extra for selecting a new pose.

Adding a collection to your price list

After you have your collection ready to go, view the price list you want to add the collection to. On the left side you see available products that have not already been added to the collection. Mouse over your new collection and select the group you want to add it to.

The final product
