If you are having some issues with PayPal Complete Payments and have been asked to send us some information, here is how to get that information.
Email this information to info@picturespro.com
Log into your PayPal account then go here:
https://developer.paypal.com/dashboard/dashboard/live
Be sure it is set to production (unless you are intentionally using Sandbox mode).

If you have multiple applications, you may have to the select the one you are using.
On that page you will see something similar to the screenshot below. Look for the transaction there is an issue with.

Click on the Debug ID.
Take a screenshot of this information and attach to the email:

Next in that same window, scroll down and select all of that request and past it into the email.
Click the Response tab and select and copy all of that and paste into the email.

If there is an error message in the error column , send a screenshot of that as well.
