5.4.2 - September 7, 2025
Follow-up update. See 5.4 below for major changes.

Attention: Passcode photos galleries MUST be set to PUBLISH now in order for the passcodes to be found. If the gallery is set to draft, it won't find the photos. It was already like this with scanning QR codes. It now applies to all passcodes entered into the find my photos form. LEARN MORE.

Added a check with Passcodes when entering a passcode in the find my photos form that the gallery is set to published. If not set to publish, it won't direct to the gallery.
Added additional form submission check for spam bots.
Added when free downloads have a limit to the number of downloads to exclude duplicate downloads of the same photo when counting how many downloads have been made in that gallery.
Fixed search not working in pre-registrations
Fixed Free Download icon showing when using Gallery Exclusive Mode and Passcode Photos while not currently viewing photos from a passcode.
Fixed error logged related to photo search form when non numeric value is passed as a ID.
Removed the view all tags link when photo search is enabled in a gallery and there are no photos with tags in the gallery.
Fixed bottom link to back to product list in a stock photo section not working.
Fixed issue with order products exports when product name includes a double quote.
Added a check for a frame file in the wall designer when you add a frame but don't upload a frame photo which creates and error and causes things not to work. Now it won't show the frame if it doesn't have a frame photo uploaded.
Fixed layout with pre-registration pages in some cases.

5.4.1 - August 7, 2025
Follow-up update. See 5.4 below for major changes.

Fixed Name field not displaying in the list of data for pre-registrations & QR passcodes after adjusting the column display settings.
Fixed photos marked as "Do not allow to be purchased as a download or downloaded as a free download" but being purchased as a print that includes a download being downloaded when customer is downloading all photos from an order in a zip file.
Adjusted cropping on view cart page for adjust to smaller screens.

5.4 - July 31, 2025

Added Apple Pay & Google Pay to PayPal Complete Payments (previously known as PayPal Checkout). Customers can now use those payment options along with others when you use PayPal Complete Payments. (Manual link) Note that PayPal will be retiring Website Payments Standard (WPS) which is the PayPal Standard Business option in Sytist at the end of the year.
Added new Collection Add-ons. Collection Add-ons are a set of products you can offer when someone purchases a collection (package). Learn more.
Added a one-step preregistration option if you are not charging a fee or offering pre-ordering and don't want the customers to review their information before submitting.
Added a count next to bonus coupon to show how many times a bonus coupon was used and click to view which orders it was used on.
Added to the stats & sales for a gallery to show collections sold in addition to the products sold.
Added an eye icon next to passcodes in the QR Passcodes list that indicates the passcode has been submitted / viewed and hover over to see the date/time & IP address when it was submitted. (This only works moving forward)
Added the option to hide certain fields like email address for QR Passcodes & Pre-registration lists when viewing the data in the admin. The settings icon on the table header above the action icons.
Added email type to email login forms & join mailing list that pop up on screen.
Removed pending carts for pre-registrations from the active shopping cart stats and also from automated abandoned shopping cart reminders.
Fixed standard page text showing when gallery is set to pre-register.
Fixed when disabling the Square payment option within a gallery and that payment option is the first one not being able to submit an offline order.
Fixed an issue with gallery preview images not showing correctly in some cases.
Fixed pre-registrations not exporting when not using the QR passcodes.
Fixed subject first and last name not saving when adding a new booking manually from the admin.
Fixed redeem coupon button showing on view cart when there are no available coupons but early bird specials on.
Fixed when someone is purchasing a collection with only downloads but the collection set to shippable getting automatically archived when automatically archive download only orders is set to on.
Fixed issue when adding a collection to cart not showing the package at the bottom of the screen caused when editing the collection success message and it adds a line break creating a javascript error.
Fixed coupon count total including early bird specials.
