Form post on this update

• Added the option to set a date and time to send gallery notices when sending gallery invites and passcodes.  (Automated messages must be enabled and working for this option to appear and work). 
• Added the option to send a confirmation email with pre-registrations. Each pre-registration has it's own email option located in the Text & Settings tab when editing a pre-order gallery. 
• Added the option for each photo product, store product, collection, booking, etc... to set whether to calculate tax & VAT / GST. Previously just taxable, now you can check to charge tax, VAT/GST or both.
• Added a Filter option when viewing QR and Preset passcodes in the admin to filter by: Passcode has been viewed / not viewed / has purchases / no purchases / has photos / no photos.
• Added when showing a grouping or filter with QR & Preset Passcode to export only those results when exporting.  
• Added a cart icon indicator for QR passcodes and Preset Passcodes in the list of passcodes showing that the photos have been purchased and which orders.  
• Relocated some javascript files from the head section, eliminated some javascript files when not needed and made other changes to to help improve pagespeed numbers for performance, accessibility and best practices. Tests shows an increase of 6-15 points in performance in pagespeed. 
• Made some changes that will help improve the speed when someone enters a passcode,  when viewing photos and overall performance especially with larger installations.  
• Added the ability to change the background photo for photos on greenscreen orders. Edit the cart item to see the option. 
• Separated account notes & activity so notes added to an account by an admin stay above the customer activity log. 
• Added an Early Bird Special icon in the list of galleries in the admin if early bird special is enabled. Green means enabled and active. Red means it was active but now expired. 
• Removed the cart / checkout links when someone only has a pre-registration. Previously it would show the cart / checkout which could cause some confusion. 
• Added displaying the photo file name (or title if one) on the thumbnail when using the Screenshot Deterrent 
• Added the ability to adjust padding and rounded corners (border-radius) for form inputs and buttons (Design -> Edit My Theme -> Forms). 
• Made some layout adjustments on login and create account pages. 
• Added for photos in a stock section in the cart and orders to show the title instead of the filename if it has a title. 
• Added the order expenses tags under the expenses when viewing an order in the admin.  
• Change the "I do not wish to pre-order" for pre-registrations  to a button. 
• Added subject's name(s) for QR Passcodes and Preset Passcode orders to admin order view and on the packing slip under the addresses. (this may not work with some existing orders) 
• Added the option to hide product descriptions on packing slips / printable version. 
• Added the text "view cart" next to the cart icon tab and a checkout tab above the manage package section at the bottom of the screen to make it more obvious (when someone has a package / collection in their cart).  
• Made "clients" menu on mobile automatically opened. 
• Change to record when a passcode is viewed to record when viewing the gallery instead of when entering the passcode as it could be in a different gallery. 
• Adjusted the find my order form to be responsive. 
• Made some changes to PayPal Complete Payments to handle pending payments better.  
• Fixed legacy passcode photos not using the passcode in the title and having the same passcode in multiple galleries not showing the list of galleries or go into the gallery.
• Fixed when emailing passcodes and changing the default email not replacing the [PASSCODE] in the email. 
• Fixed screenshot deterrent conflict with photo sharing.  
• Removed rogue letter D displaying on the enter password page for gallery exclusive galleries.
• Changed with contact forms added with the page designer to handle an error due to losing a session (going to the page, let the computer go to sleep, return then fill out the form). 
• Change the PayPal checkout credit card form name to not submit on enter. 
• Fixed total in the Preregistrations / passcode / QR tab being incorrect by including pending / incomplete pre-registrations.  
• Fixed passcodes from pending preregistrations getting added to contacts email 
• Fixed booking price + deposit and having an option with an additional price set as a default option not showing the total deposit amount before the checkout screen. 
• Fixed IPTC keywords in photos with accented letters getting rejected. 
• Fixed with automated messages in some cases, depending on settings, getting a phone number added to reminder messages multiple times and sending multiple texts to the same person.
• Fixed featured content on home page not automatically populating as you scroll.
• Fixed the ability for  someone to add or update the quantity in the cart to not a whole number (is: 1.5)
• Removed facebook code at checkout when using the facebook like tab as I suspect it is creating some javascript errors in some cases.
