5.3 - May 21, 2025

• A new Pre-Register + Pre-Order feature. Learn more.
• Added the option charge a registration fee with  Pre-register
• Now  Pre-Registration &  QR Passcode galleries will have their own data fields on a per gallery basis. Example, you need teacher & grade for one project. And another project it needs to be coach, position and number. You can now customize on a per gallery basis. 
• Added the ability in QR passcodes  to have subject be in multiple group photo groups.  See bottom of this page.
• Added when viewing QR codes for a group code in the admin, the print QR code buttons will only print the results for that group. 
• Added the ability to email QR code to individuals for them to have handy for photos.
• Added checkboxes next to each QR code data row for batch options like: Print QR codes, Email Passcodes, Email QR Codes & Delete.
• Added a Send option with Pre-Registrations & QR Passcodes to email gallery information and / or passcodes instead of having to use the People tab option saving a couple of steps.
• Added scrollable tables for pre-registration & QR Passcode data.

• Changed the QR code menu to be more condensed with sub menus.
• Added the option to delete the photos of the QR photos from a QR passcode photos gallery.
• Added the option to not automatically fill a one pose collection with the photo currently being viewed. This will allow someone to select from product options from the products in the collection if you want. 
• Added the ability to export download credits per batch and delete downloads credits per batch. 
• Added when  adding photos to a collection and the gallery has sub galleries and a parent sub gallery has a price list assigned to it up to 2 levels up checking for that price list .
• Added the option when emailing gallery information from the new send option in Pre-Register and QR passcode to change the gallery status to publish & update the expiration date  when sending emails. 
• Changed the way the photos load with hash change that will now allow the use of anchor tags on pages.  
• Changed with the Upload Photos tab, if you are currently viewing a sub gallery it will upload to that sub gallery instead of the main gallery. 
• Changed the + sign icon when adding photos to a collection to be higher up so it is not covered with double product text. 
• Made some updates to the look of the admin. 
• Fixed forgot passcode option not working correctly.
• Fixed when using the option to restrict which gallery photos can be added to pre-orders not allowing to add from favorites.  
• Fixed with Pre-orders and the price list is set to "Customers will return later to select photos for ONLY PRE-ORDERED DOWNLOADS to download those photos." and the customer purchases a quantity more than one miscalculating the number of products, multiplying it making it a higher amount.  
• Fixed when a price list is assigned to a sub gallery and a photo from the sub gallery is found when searching from the main gallery, not using the price list assigned to the sub gallery.
• Fixed VAT calculation being rounded and incorrect when creating an invoice from a booking. 
• Fixed keyWord not passing when downloading photos in a zip file from a search in a gallery. 
• Fixed when exporting people from a pre-register not exporting phone  and address.  
• Fixed when having the setting in a price list set to "Do not allow purchasing from multiple galleries on the same order" to still be able to by adding photos to favorites from multiple galleries, then adding a collection to cart, then adding to the collection from favorites from multiple galleries. 
• Fixed when uploading a preview photos for a gallery it removing the first photo from the gallery in some cases.  
• Fixed with pre-order collections with more than one quantity selected, displaying the total of each product under collection name on order instead of the original quantity as the collection itself will show the total quantity. 
• Fixed when exporting pre-ordered collections with products in columns with more than 1 quantity for the collection, multiplying the product quantity by the collection quantity making the total quantity of the product higher than it should be. 
• Fixed an error logged when a value is passed to search_date when calling the thumbnails if the value is not a valid date (like a bots failed attempt for an SQL injection). 
• Fixed when importing passcodes for a standard passcode photos gallery not importing correctly caused by the encoding.  
• Fixed error in find my photos popup for  Undefined constant "_forgot_passcode_"
• Fixed GIF files not uploading in some instances. 
• Fixed disabled payment options in a gallery still hidden in source. 
• Fixed in booking service if you have a default option with an additional price not showing the total in the dialog with that default option price included.
