A new Sytist update, 1.6, is now available with some new stuff featuring the ability to send contracts to your clients. They can sign  by either writing their name with their finger or mouse or typing in their name. You can also attach an invoice for them to make payment on after they have signed the contract.

More information on this feature that also includes a link to a demo contract.

Some other new features and changes included in this update:
* Scheduled Payments - on invoices so a customer can make multiple payments on one invoice. Learn More
* Made it when emailing an invoice to someone they don't have to log in to view and page by using a redirect.
* Added a new notes option for customer accounts..
* Added a list of letters across the top of the people list page in the admin to show people with first or last name starting with that letter.
* Revamp of the customer account view

Click here for the complete change log for this update.

How to update:
The first time each day you log into the admin it will check for the update. If you have already logged into your admin today , then you won't get the notice until tomorrow.

If you are currently using version 1.0.0, you can have it check for the update again by clicking on Settings in the main menu. Then scroll down and below the left menu, click MySQL query. Copy the following line of code, paste it in the query box and click run.

UPDATE ms_history SET upgrade_check='';

Then return to your admin home page.

If the auto update feature won't work for you for some reason, you will have to manually update.

Just want to say thank you for this update. First, the new font is much easier on the eyes and gives that much more focus on the admin content. May seem like a little but it is much appreaciated.
CONTRACTS! Wow! Wonderful! This is great, or the potential for it is great! Thanks for this one. And over all it seems as though the client sections are very more organized and well distributed. Will be able to use this in new ways.

Thanks Tim for this important update.
(Now on to optimizing the mobile experience!)

You're welcome. As much as I am looking at the admin, it was time for a font change.

Please could you explain:

• Created an archive table for items on orders to speed up listing orders for high volume users

I'm desperate to be able to select all orders and somehow sort them so I can arrange and print by gallery/product.
To explain - My galleries are open for 1 week before they expire, I then want to collate all the orders from a particular gallery/page and batch print that specific gallery. I can't just process them as they come in and sort manually because I'm going to be having tens of thousands of orders across 100 odd galleries in a short space of time - any workaround for this would be most welcome!

Thanks

Hey,
Like this customer account changes, thanks Tim.
Wish one more line, having an admin note that can be selected as a search depending on a typical event.
Easier to send specific information for a typical event.
Thanks
J

I'm super bummed I missed out on this update, especially since I had requested one of the new updates. I guess my update period was over on 10/26...just a few days before the update was released. Murphy's Law I guess.
