Few Questions

I was wondering if you could help me with a few questions:

A few customers are not getting email confirmations, I have tried hosting email, gmail and gmx (oauth from gmail was stopped in Jan 2025 so used GMX) but still getting errors and not able to send test emails so I have reverted to PHP mail which I know has deliverability issues. Could you advise of anything else I could try?

I am looking to setup a bundle deal that if someone purchases 2 or more prints they will receive digital files for free, could you advise on how I can set that up?

If you are trying to use the PHPMailer option, you need to set up an email account on your hosting to use, not an external email address server.

There it not an automated way for someone to purchase 2 prints and automatically receive digital files for free. 

You can include a download with a print.
