Hi

When clients choose "Create Account" they get this error every time??

Have a look at this if of any help, which version of stylist and php do you have?

Hi Marco

Thanks for that - I was in fact running php8 - see screen shot

HOWEVER, I changed it to 7.4php and it works fine - so there must be an error in the website that's incompatible with php8

The problem is with the Facebook login and PHP 8. There is no quick fix and might have to either completely remove Facebook login or reintegrate it which won't be a quick thing to do.

Either downgrade to PHP 7.4 or disable login with Facebook in Settings -> Share & Facebook.
