Email Template For "transaction Completed"

I tested out my new site and purchased some things.
It all went well, except 2 things:

1. the confirmation I got after my purchase says
Thank you for your purchase....
To download your items click....
and "Once we ship your items when will send you an email with tracking information"
First of all, that final line about shipping, it has a typo, "...items WHEN will send you", should be "WE will send you". But most importantly, I disabled shipping, it's all delivered to the school. So I want to erase this line completely.

And my second question, the single digital download works great. The zip file works perfectly with one image. But how do I set it up if someone buys all the digitals (usually 20-28 images). Is there a zip link for that? I tested it on the test pay site and it only sent the zip for the image I was looking at when I selected to purchase all the digitals. Thanks!

In your Sytist admin go to Settings -> Default Emails and click the Order Email. You can change it up there.

Sounds like you need to create a Buy All product for them to purchase all the photos in the gallery:
