Clients Not Receiving Order Confirmation Email & More.

I have had several clients email me saying they submitted their order and payment but never received an order confirmation email. I asked them to check their junk folder and still nothing. What should I do?

Also, My order check out is letting people check out without choosing shipping. I only have 1 shipping option available (I deleted the option to pickup order) and clients are just not choosing shipping because they weren't prompted to choose it. I'd like for the cart to add shipping regardless and not give them a choice. Is this possible?

See this for troubleshooting emails:

If there is only 1 shipping option, it should automatically be checked and no option to uncheck it. Check your shipping option in Settings -> Shipping and make sure the order price range starts at 0.00. If it is and still not automatically selected, you can email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password so I can look at the settings.
