Payment Options Screen Blank On Buy Alls
Hi there,
I believe it may have started after yesterday's update. When a customer selects a Buy All for the 'Free Downloads', they are unable to get past the payment page. I understand no payment is required, but we are unable to move past the payment page to place the order.
Only seems to be an issue on the Buy All's (we only have a free download buy all, so can only test that), all other products are progressing through without issue.
Please help!
We have also since discovered that we are not receiving the order emails and potentially customers have been unable to pay for their orders.
Attached screenshot, we have not received those 3 emails to our inbox and I did a test order for a paid order, was able to get past the payment, but the next screen was playing up. I had a customer complain this morning that their forgot password email was never received as well. The order emails and forgot password emails are in the email log.
The last order that has gone through correctly was placed prior to the upgrade yesterday.
Looks like an issue with your payment option. You can send me the following to look into it.
- 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin)
- 2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages)

Thanks for your response.
At around 4pm AEST that day it all magically fixed itself - the payment page was showing again and the emails started coming through (in bulk). No idea why. I have contacted my hosting company to see if they know the reason! So for now we are all good again - thank you!
