Problems With Paypal

I know PayPal is making some change at the end of the year but did they change something now? When I try to place a test order from my website, after I click on the Make Payment Now button, which takes the customer to PayPal, it just sits there and spins and never makes it to PayPal. I just had a customer email me saying she's trying to check out and she gets the message below. I have not made any changes in my payment portal.

UPDATE: I just went through all the steps to change to the PayPal Complete system and now I get this. I have no clue what to do now. I've gone through all the steps. I went to my gallery and changed it to the PayPal Complete and this is what happens.

I just took a look at your site and tested it and it took me to PayPal. Perhaps it was a temp network issue.

OK, it's working now. Thank you!

Question about Venmo. I tested that but how do I make sure the back end is set up to go into my venmo account?

You have since changed the payment option to PayPal Complete Payments.

You are getting an error with that because you are using an invalid email address. You need to use an email address instead of "a".

I finally figured that out. Thank you!

Last question: how do I make sure payments are going into my venmo account? I don't see where to set that up.

Venmo payments funds will go into your PayPal account.

Tim, the customer is still having a problem checking out. This is a screenshot of the video she sent me. When she tries to click "Continue" it doesn't do anything.

This is an issue PayPal told be last week was resolved, nothing happening when paying with credit card on the PayPal site.

In your PayPal Complete Payments settings, check the box for "Enable Hosted Card Fields". That will add the credit card form directly on the page like the screenshot on this page and that doesn't have that issue.

If that card form doesn't show, see the bottom of this page on getting it enabled in your PayPal account.
