Home Page Photos Not Responsive

I'm having an issue with my home page where my photos are not responsive to the screen on mobile.  My normal pages are responsive but not the home page

In addition, neither is the wording on sub pages so there are several pages where the page titles are cut off on mobile.

Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?  Please help!

Anything you do with the hero / billboards with the page designer the photo fills the container. The container height stays the same so it is different on the phone than on the computer.

If you want that to keep the same aspect ratio, use a billboard from Design - Billboards. Those will keep the aspect ratio (which means it gets small on the phone).
