Home Page Photos Not Responsive

I'm having an issue with my home page where my photos are not responsive to the screen on mobile. My normal pages are responsive but not the home page
In addition, neither is the wording on sub pages so there are several pages where the page titles are cut off on mobile.
Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? Please help!
