Disable Social Sharing & Commenting Across All Galleries?

I feel like this is probably starting me in the face, but is there a way to automatically tick the boxes "Disable social share options for this page" and "Disable comments for this page"? I don't ever want to allow commenting or social sharing. I feel like I've seen it as an option somewhere besides the individual galleries...

Go to Settings -> Comments and uncheck the options under "Comment system types".
