Amazon S3 Error

I am trying to setup the Amazon S3 so I can utilize it for the photo storage. After following the instructions from the Sytist Manual and have everything setup as correctly, I am unable to upload or move any photos to Amazon S3.
Some technical Specs:
Hosting: Cloudways
My domain does utilize Cloudflare for security.
Any help would be appreciated.

You might have block all public access checked in your Amazon S3 settings. It needs to be unchecked.
