Gst/tax Calculation And Rounding

I'm trying to include an add on to one of my collections which will be $5. 

Unfortunately, as we need to enter our pre GST prices, when I enter the price as $4.54 I end up with $4.99, but if I input the price as $4.55 I get $5.01. I can't enter enough decimal places to end up with $5 neat.

Does anyone have a work around for this?

You need more decimal places to get a more accurate calculation and I have added that to your site (as described here). So now you can enter in for example $4.5423 if needed.

Would it be possible to put in an option for using prices that include GST, and have the system calculate the % from that total?

That would certainly make it a LOT easier for Australian users!

We are required by law to have GST included in our advertised prices, so it's kind of an important thing to have! :-) 

The additional decimal places that Tim sorted for my site had fixed that problem I was having :-)

It is just currently not possible.
