Link Photos To Customer

New to Sytist (be gentle!)

We are a volume sports photography company and recently started using sytist to offer downloads of photos and pre-pay etc.  

Because we photograph so many kids, I don't want to make a gallery for each person.  We currently dump all downloads into one gallery and give them a password to retrieve.  But is there a way to link a customer, say who has prepaid, to their photos without it being its own gallery?

Open to suggestions of other workflows as well.

Investigate using passcodes.

This searches for, and returns, images using various methods, including a .csv file based on the filename, metadata titles or keywords or filenames with passcodes between hyphen characters.

N.B., its up to you how you get the identifying metadata into each image however.
