Follow Up Re: Square Issue

The issue I have been having is still happening - (when paying via card via Square, the PAY NOW is clicked and the rotation circle spins and spins for longer than normal then stops. Normally the payment is made and the order summary appears, but not always - [ I have had 3 customers just this morning] , Nothing happens it just appears not to have done anything, so most of the customers try clicking again and the repeat happens, some are smart enough to check the outgoing payments from their credit cards. What does happens is the money gets taken out on each click!
I have had 4 separate conversation with Square support 3 normal support and 2 have conversations with the developer section, one with the developer/ apps section directly.

Got it, thanks for the clarification! In that case I definitely recommend reaching out to PicturesPro directly for assistance with this. The integration is developed and maintained by them, so they'll be better positioned to help troubleshoot from their side.

I have a bit more information - from what I can gather is that there is an issue between, when the pay button gets clicked, Square processes the payment / then your site receives a confirmation of payment and issues the Order Summary. The problem lies between these two actions. The problem is that it is intermittent, I have processed well over 100+ Square transactions and about 10-15 have caused this problem. If you can give me a staring point, maybe reinstalling "locations ID's," "Token" or what ever, I just need it fixed - it is a very embarrassing problem, customers ringing up complaining up that they have been charged twice and no order produced.

If it is intermittent I don't think there really is anything you can do. Sytist only sends and receives that's all. Could be your server or internet connection and traffic at the time.
Related to your last post about this, I believe it comes down to your Square Location ID, like I put in my last reply.
If you did get your location ID, I guess you got a Sandbox one and not the Live / Product one.
See: Square - Getting Credentials. And get the Location ID again and make sure it is set to Production and NOT sandbox.
