Create Account With Facebook Disabled

Hi Tim,
Apparently facebook disabled my option for clients to create accounts with Facebook back in May. I'm trying to rectify it and their developer tools are way over my head and extremely cumbersome. I don't recall having to go to anywhere near as much trouble setting it up in the first place a couple of years ago. Has this happened because I'm using an outdated sytist (version 3.9.5)? Would upgrading to the latest version of Sytist help to rectify this, or can you help? I don't see how I can jump through all these ridiculous hoops that facebook wants with my limited "developer" knowledge.

Honestly I would just disable that option.
But here are the instructions on getting a new Facebook ID to use that, but it has probably changed since I wrote this page because it seems to change every couple of months:
