Hi,
After my hosting company transferred me to a new server I receive lots of email errors, this is one of them:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
message has lines too long for transport
Anyone an idea how I can fix this?
Thank you,
Sabine

It appears to be a bug in cPanel. See this:
https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/problem-cpanel-39824-message-has-lines-too-long-for-transport-since-january-21-2022.697449/
I don't know if they have a solution yet but you will need to get with your hosting company.
Or try to use the SMTP PHPMailer option:

I am having the same issue but it is not really a cPanel issue. It is an Exim issue as there is a limit in line length in the Exim config of 2048 characters.
Tim - is there a way to break up the lines in contracts?
I have increased my Exim conf to 3096 but even that may not be enough.

Which email do you get that with? The contract signed email the code has line breaks so there are no continuous lines.

Tim,
This happens with signed copies of all contracts (and only signed contracts). Extending the line length has not solved the issue.
I could comment out the line all together in Exim but that isn't an elegant solution.

You get a bounce from the outgoing server:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
john@********.com

Have you looked at the email source to see if there are lines not broken? Might be something specific you added or perhaps from a copy & paste

You can not see the source as it isn't sent.

You can see it in Stats -> Email Logs.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) The email address the contract was sent to

Tim - I am pretty busy this week but I will try to get this over to you by the end of the week. For the interim I have turned on SMTP.

As of 5/25 we are experiencing the same issue with at least 2 of our automated emails. Our order email when someone pays for an order and our invitation to view a gallery. I have spoken to both Hostgator and google who handles our emails from our domain and neither has any solutions and both pretty much blamed each other. Please keep us updated if there is a solution found because it has started to really disrupt our workflow and communication with clients.
Thanks

This is from another post on this topic. It was the solution I got for it.
I finally got resolution at least a workaround for the PHP mailer transport error:
Maximum line length for SMTP transports value has been changed from 2048 (default) to 1000000 to fix the issue
I have updated it from terminal, however cx can do it from Within WHM > Exim Configuration Manager > Basic > In search bar paste "Maximum line length for SMTP transports" and updated the value. "1000000" is the maximum that can be updated and I have updated it, so that he shouldn't be facing such issues further.
