Urgent: Individual Free Downloads 'err_empty_response'

Hi Tim
Individual free downloads have stopped working. When client clicks to download from a gallery, blank page opens showing message:
"This page isn’t working
(website) didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"
When you refresh, new error message: 'Sorry, something is wrong with the order numbers'

For it to just stop working something either has changed on the server, or perhaps the photos were uploaded with discarding the original file checked.

I am having the same issue and I do not have have "discard original file" checked. What do I need to do to fix this?

I am going to guess you are hosting at Godaddy. Godaddy did something that caused this error for many people.
You can fix it by re-uploading the Sytist files by following the manually upgrading instructions here:
