Help Setting Up "buy All" Digital Downloads

Hi! I just want to make sure I set this up correctly before sending out the galleries. For my mini sessions, I offer 1 file for $50 which was easy to set up with download credits. I also offer All for $250. Sometimes there are 10 photos, sometimes 20. If I use download credits and set it at 20, what happens if they only have 10? I feel like it might be confusing to have leftover credits for some clients. Also, would they have to select and download each file individually? It would be easier if they were in one downloadable file. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think you would be better off not using the download credits in this situation. Just offer a download product for $50. Then you can create a Buy All for them to purchase all photos for a set price of $250 no matter how many photos are in the gallery

Thank you! Can you put something that isn't a buy all under the buy all group? I'm guessing no. Since I am offering one file for $50 and all for $250 I was going to name the group digital files but I can separate them.
Also, if a watermark was added by Stylist after downloading the original picture (no watermark), will it send them the picture with no watermark?

Sorry, I need more help with downloads... Clients get one free digital file per child with their mini session. I have played with Print Credits, setting up two collections. One for one child, one for two. I logged in to make sure it worked but am worried it's too complicated... I put in the print credit and now the first thing that comes up is for me to choose the files. Ok, I get it... So I do that and instead of allowing me to view the other options (specifically the options to up-sell this gallery), it just tells me that my collection is complete and to view the cart. Once I view the cart, I am able to go back and see other products, but not before. I am worried this will greatly limit my sales. I don't want to use coupons because if they do choose to purchase all of the files instead of just one, for example, they should not get a $50 discount as they would if they only choose one digital file (their free option with the mini). I've attached pictures of what I am seeing. Help please!

Tim, I didn't realize Buy Alls worked with downloads! Can I specify the download quality at various price points? Or will it in only work with the full resolution images?

It's not possible to put other products in the buy all product group. You will have 2 product groups, the buy all and your other products.
When people download photos they won't be watermarked if you selected to watermark them during upload. The original file is kept unwatermarked for downloads.
For the 1 free download that you could use the download credits. You can give them a redeem code to download it and they can download without placing an order. It will be easier for them than the print credits.
Also in Photo Products -> Download Credits -> Pricing & Settings you can set it to not offer the purchase of download credits so they can redeem the free download but won't have the option to purchase more download credits.
Paul, yes. See this: https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/photo-products/buy-alls/

Did your web browser download it in the background and put it into the default "downloads" folder?
I'm concerned because I haven't seen a way for a client to re-download an image at a later date. If they click the download link twice, won't it charge them twice?
Tim, how does a client re-download images purchased with download credits?

No, nothing was downloaded and the credits are still unused in the system.

Edit your download product (your second screenshot) and enter in 0 for the max pixels. It is empty and why you can't download. 0 means the original file you uploaded.
