Since late December or early January I have not been forwarded emails entered into the website contact form.
Test email function = received
Contact form = no emails received (including no junk)
I went through your troubleshooting guide
My host has not disabled the php mail() function.
Key Settings:
Admin/Main Settings
1 - Website name changed from address to name
Mail Sending Settings
2 - PHP Mail() function = unchanged
3 - Send all email from your email address = No changed to Yes
4 - Add return path in email headers = No changed to Yes
Result of changes:
Test email function = received
Contact form =Message in Junk mailbox from server = mail delivery system - Mail failure - rejected by local scanning code
Can someone please help me fix this?
Thanks

I'm trying to do the SMTP PHPMailer Setup section here:
https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/settings/mail-sending-settings/
Where do I go to find/edit parts 1-3?
Is this a sytist thing?
Site 5 is my website host.
Google is my email.
Cheers

The email setup for 1-3 would be through your hosting account.
BTW, Sytist is sending the emails, but it is up to the server to send those emails out. There are some things in your hosting account you can do to help those emails get through like setting up the SPF and DMKI records. If you don't see options for that, contact your hosting company about those options.

Thanks Tim,
I don?t know why my contact form stopped working and the spam check disappeared. So its something I?ll have to add to the calendar to check on a regular basis and spend today seeing if I can make contact with people and recoup any of the ?10,000 in lost business.
Parts 1-3, I set up on my host
On these forums, Erica showed how to properly add SSL

An SSL is a security certificate and won't make a difference on the email sending.
The SPF I mentioned above is "Sender Policy Framework " which is something you can do in your hosting to help emails get into inboxes.
The contact form would not suddenly stop working. It still sends the email. But the IP of your site could be black listed (especially if on a shared hosting account). But for the emails getting into your and your customers' inboxes, might want to consult with your host.
