Clients Not Getting Emails

I have done all that I can on this end to try to get our emails to be received by our clients. When we send an email we copy ourselves to make sure it is sent. The emails are being received by us but still not being received by our clients. There has to be a solution for this. we have clients that are contacting us looking for their photos that were completed weeks ago, and we have no way of knowing who is and isn't receiving them.
Is there anything else we can do to make this work correctly?
Also if there is a way to integrate a text message feature I would really like to see that. would be so much more reliable than email

It's up to the server to get the emails out. See this page on trouble shooting and other options

The problem is that the messages are getting out but not being received, not even in their junk folders

Then they are probably not leaving the server. The host may be stopping them. You may have to check with your hosting company.
