If you are having issues with emails not sending from Sytist, see this page for trouble shooting:

Understand Sytist sends the email using the PHP mail() function by default. Once the email is sent from Sytist, it is up to the server / host to send it out from the server. Most of the time any issues with emails not going out are hosting issues.

Hi Tim,
We seem to be having issues with outgoing emails, and emailing links from the Client Galleries from within Sytist.
The "send test email" feature works fine and is delivered without issue.
I have gone through the troubleshooting methods that you have suggested above (http://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/settings/mail-sending-settings) and none of those options seems to work. We have tested both environments by configuring PHP settings and also manually updating the SMTP settings. I have also verified all of the SMTP information with my email provider and they are not seeing the emails come through at all. Nor are we seeing them bounce back to any email server. It appears they just aren't going out from the email feature from the Client Gallery.
I have attached the page that I am attempting to email from for your reference.
Any ideas on how to remedy this?

If you have gone through all the trouble shooting and you still have problems with emails getting received, then you will need to contact your hosting company and see if they can trace the emails. They also may be able to enable SPF for the emails to help them get into inboxes.
