hello, if in a new gallery I activate the pre-registration, an inscription in English appears, which I would like to translate into Italian. where can I find it to modify it? in design / page text is not there

For the word "Name" in your first screenshot, it is translated in Design -> Page Text, search the page (CTRL+F) for _first_name_
Your second one, setting / Default Emails & Messages / email order, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

for the first one maybe I explained myself badly, I have already translated name, surname, email etc, but I can't find where to translate the writing on a green background "this page is set to pre-register ..... etc"

oops I understand, that sentence on a green background I see it only I who are logged in as admin, and it does not appear on the client side.
