Log In As Customer Not Working Right

A customer emailed me her order and I'm trying to put it through my site like I normally do. I look her up in admin, and select log in as customer. When I get to my site, I'm logged on as her. As soon as I hit, Find my photos, I lose the login.

I'm sure it's probably something I'm doing or not doing, or my hosting site has some sort of weird bug that no one else seems to have, I don't know. It's frustrating though.

Never heard of that and never had it happen. You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) Link to your Sytist admin.

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

I figured it out all by myself! I have two different URL's and it jumped from one to the other because of the link that I set up in the past. Changed that, now it's fine. Thanks!
