Recaptcha On New Update - I Cant Log In

Help. I've messed up big style.
Updated to latest version, and tried to enable re captcha.
I obviously didn't read info correctly and selected V3 not V2

I can now no longer log in. Panicking now
Please help


Ive added a new site info to re captcha site this time doing it correct (v2 and I'm not a robot), and got two new keys but i still cant log into my site to add new keys.


Ive looked at the hosting company in CPANEL and found backup or restore database
I have a file on my pc called lmsdigit_sytist-2021-03-12-21-00-21.sql
Do i have to reload this to get my old settings back? thats if this is the right file.
Its from quite a while ago
I'm not doing anything till ive had advice though, since i have a event coming up and need to access the site

You will have to do the following.

Log into your HOSTING control panel (possible cPanel).

Go to the MySQL database section and select PHPMyAdmin.

Click on your Sytist database name in the left menu

Click the SQL tab at the top of the page.

Copy this line below, paste it in the SQL area and click GO:

UPDATE ms_settings SET recaptcha_admin_login='0';
