Hey Tim,
Would there be any way to be able to display a customers name/account info when receiving a text? I am realizing that if someone replys there is no way to know who it's from or any way to search a customer by their phone number(that I know of). Thanks.

It doesn't know who it is from when a reply is receive. I'll make a not to see if it can search accounts for the number.
