Buy All Print With Digital Option

I have added an option to the buy all. When the client buys a print, I added the option to purchase an additional file as a digital file with a reduced price. It works well except for the fact that the client can't download the file as it is not marked a digital product. Is there a way around that?

Adding an download option to a buy all isn't going to work. There is not a download option for those.

You could create 2 buy alls. One that is just prints, and the other that is a print that includes a download. With your print products, there is an option to include a download with purchase. So you can create a buy all with a print product that includes a download.

I did as you described: a buy all option which includes a 5x7 print product that includes a download. When the client select that buy all the digital option is not there.

I just did a test with the same scenario and there download is available on the order. Did you actually place the order?

The print includes a digital download as an option. Is that what you did or did you create a package?

It was a print that INCLUDES a download (checkbox when editing the product). It won't work if you created the download as an option for the print.
