That is related to PHP 7.2 which you or your host probably updated to. Sytist isn't quite ready for PHP 7.2 but should be in the next update about to come out.
For now you can suppress the error:
In your Sytist admin, click Settings in the main menu. Then underneath the left menu click edit config file.
In that file before the closing PHP tag ?> ... add this line of code:
ini_set('display_errors','off');
