Email Going To Junk For Gmail Accounts

My clients who have gmail email accounts consistently tell me my Sytist email ends up in their junk email folder.

You are using an email address @icloud.com. You should use an email address @yourdomain.com . The email being sent from the icloud email address from your website/server, gmail thinks it is spam.

If you don't have any email addresses @yourdomain.com (meaning your website domain), you can create a forwarding email address in your hosting control panel and have it forward to your icloud email.

Then in Settings -> Admin/Main Settings in Sytist, update that email address.

Is there a way to set the reply to address as solarisstudios@icloud.com ?

If you set up a forwarding email where something@yourdomain.com is forwarded to your icloud email address, any replies to that something@yourdomain.com will automatically forward to your icloud email address. There is not a way in Sytist to send from one email address and have another email address as the reply to. The forwarding email address @yourdomain.com is the way to go. If you are unable to figure out how to set up a forwarding email address, your hosting company can point you in the right direction.
