Find My Password - Security

Hi Tim,
I have a question from a prospective client:

"Hi Sarah, my child care centre is proposing to use your services. I can't see any information on your site about how the uploaded photos are secured? They seem to be accessible by just a password that could be easily brute forced as there is no limit on the amount of times I can guess them.

If someone used a hacking tool on email or banking accounts the account would lock out after 3 attempts. Your site doesn't appear to offer any such protection. Do you offer any other options for viewing photos?"

Any suggestions on how to answer her? My passwords are currently at least 12 characters long with letters, numbers and special characters which I've already told her.

I really don't know what to tell you. If there was a brute force attack the server security would probably stop it.
