Password Protected Sub Galleries Not Allowing Login

Hi, Tim.
Having trouble with password protected sub-galleries. I can't get them to work. I have followed your instructions, setting "passcode photos" to yes and "password protect" to no. I then used the keyword method and when that didn't work, I then tried adding the password to the file name. I adjusted the settings for each attempt. It won't give me access with either method. There is no error message, it just doesn't accept the password.
Any help is appreciated.

Password protected sub galleries and passcode photos are 2 different things.
Might be easier if you can email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password and the name of the gallery so I can take a look at your setup.
