Hi Tim,
I purchased another year of upgrades, which shows in my list of orders in my account here. However, My Sytist admin doesn't show the current subscription and still shows the previous (now expired) "Upgrades through" date. I manually updated to 2.9.1 and made sure "Auto check for updates once a day on home page" was checked.
What can I do to get my admin to recognize the current support subscription?
Thanks!

Do you still see an update notice on your admin home page? If so, click the refresh link in that message.
If you don't see a notice, go to Settings -> Admin/Main Settings and make sure auto check for updates is set to yes.

Hi Tim,
1. No upgrade notice appeared after refreshing.
2. As stated, auto check for updates is set to yes.
3. The box on the front page of the admin that shows current status does not reflect current support subscription, it still shows an expired support date. I’d post a screenshot of that but not here in a public forum.

I just noticed one more thing, Tim... the Support Forum feed on the admin home page is also not populating, so it seems my server can't reach yours. I haven't moved anything, the site is on the same server since I upgraded to Sytist.
This is my own leased server so I have root access. I can ping your site from the server:
root@w2 [~]# ping picturespro.com
PING picturespro.com (67.222.158.142) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 67.222.158.142 (67.222.158.142): icmp_seq=1 ttl=56 time=31.2 ms

What else can I check?
