I put in my calendar when schools have their breaks and would like to be able to make that without entering it in for each day. Is there a way now? If not, under 'recurring' could it be made to have an option to repeat for 'X' number of days?

If you mean to block off days, you would need to click each day on the calendar and click Make Date Unavailable.

THanks for the reply. I want to keep the days available. I just want to have an appointment with no duration at the top of the page (8am) that says the schools are closed for fall break or some other event so I'll know that I can't call on them. So, a recurring appointment for 'X' days.
