Error For Orders Paid Via Paypal

My clients are getting a strange error message when they pay through paypal. The transfer back to my website after the payment is processed says something along the lines of "Currently experiencing an error with page processing." Something like that. Clients haven't sent in screen shots of it, but I have had 5 just the last 6 weeks that have experienced the same error. Thanks!

Maybe it is showing a delay notice with a refresh button which can be caused by a delay with PayPal sending the IPN. If they orders do eventually get created then PayPal was just slow with the IPN.
If the order never was created, then maybe those customers paid with an eCheck? eChecks take several days to clear and won't create the order right away.

In each instance, I had already received their order confirmation email and paypal confirmation of payment email....the last client was within second of her placing the order as she was on the phone with me.
All payments were not with a paypal account, but with a credit card being processed via paypal. Not sure if that makes any difference or not, but thought I would give you all the info.
I will see if I get another one at an IPS session and then take a screen shot to show you.
