Really need a quick response on this one.
I have cron job setup that auto sends reminder emails when the gallery is about to expire.
I get an email about midnite with the notification that the email will be sent at 9am.
How do I cancel that specific batch of emails from being set?

Go to Settings -> Automated Emails. Scroll down to the bottom of the right column and it shows how many waiting and the option to delete them all.

Tim, I don't see the option to delete email queued to be sent. I know I saw/used it before, but not I can't find it. Did it get moved?

Settings -> Automated Emails. Above the available emails that can be sent will show a message "X Emails Pending to Send". You can click that then view the pending emails and delete.

There where I looked but nothing was there. I received the notification email at midnight that something would be sent at 10am, but I didn't see it in the list to delete earlier that morning.

That is where it is located when emails are pending to send from the automated emails. You can see if they had sent in Stats -> Email Logs.
