Problem Updating Using Auto Update

Hi,

I am trying to update to Sytist 2.2 through the auto update and a few times the attached screen is showing and not changing, even after 20 minutes. Hang tight 1/4 and then nothing.

Any suggestions?

If it is doing it on the first step when it is fetching the upgrade file, it could be a network issue between the servers. I have heard of that happening then a day later it works. If it is on the unzipping part, then that means the ZIP function is not enabled in the PHP configuration on your hosting in which your host should be able to enable the ZIP functions.
