Coupon Code Being Used?

I have an order in the shopping cart from a client, not checked out yet, and it has a coupon code inputed for it. I didn't give the client this code and don't know how she could have gotten it (it's not online). I checked and it's not attached to any other carts that are pending and there are carts pending from the same type of galleries.

Is it possible that the code was attached by Sytist somehow?

When I click the "remove code" link I get an error screen.

It is impossible for Sytist to have added the coupon itself. They must have just figured it out somehow.

The remove coupon from the admin won't work. If they are a logged in customer, you can log in as that customer and delete it.
