Client Has Trouble Applying Coupon

When they add the item to their cart and hit the "redeem coupon" button, my system does accept it, but their final total is not affected. I will attach two screen shot images - am I overlooking something obvious?
They ordered one 8 x 10. I checked in my "product base" and I do not have "do not allow discounting" checked for that item.

Email me a link to a gallery that you would be ordering from with password if needed and the coupon you are trying to use so I can test it out. Or even better, if you want, email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password so I can look at the setup.
