I'm sure I'm just not finding it but how can the subject line for the contact form be changed?
Currently it reads "Contact form from your website [23599]".

Go to Forms in the main menu. Click on the contact form. Then click on the Edit Form button and you can change it there.

Sorry to resurrect an old post, but it is the closest I could find to my question.
Is it possible to add the newer name field or a token to the subject line rather than just having a number that means nothing when looking at them in an email client.
How about any other info from the form?
I have a drop down that gives a generic list of typical questions that would also be helpful to set priorities.
Thanks!
PS What about removing the IP address and the website it is from in the email we receive? This is more to do with when responding and having this included looks tacky and I have to remove it manually.

There is no option other than changing the subject in the form settings. The number at the end is the Database ID and is there so the emails you receive from the forms do not get grouped together.
No option to remove the IP address and website.
