Split Payment On Two Credit Cards

Hi Tim, I have a client that I setup his fitness site with your sytist. He offers two for one trainings. The situation is that since there are two people for one price we would like to offer to split the payment so that each person can pay his part using his own payment choice. Is this possible? If not what do you suggest.

I can't think of any way for the payment of a purchase to be be split like that.

you could either set a second item that is half the cost, but that would be confusing, so what I would suggest is to invoice each person half the cost rather than have them select the item from their cart.
