Automated Email - Time Error?

I have a booking reminder email that gets sent out. I have this event set to an "All Day" event. So no 'time' is ever selected by the client. I then reach out to the client, say hi/introduce myself, gather more information about their shoot, their wishes, etc. And then recommend a time, etc. But for some reason Sytist wants to use a default 12am. How can I fix this?
