Clients Suddenly Unable To Download

hi,
I have received quite a few messages from clients that they are unable to download their digital order. Nothing has changed in my workflow etc so just wondering is this something obvious? Or is anybody else experiencing it the past couple of weeks? I have had 3 this evening alone.

Yes, we have the same problem, but when downloading the ZIP.

the customer is assigned as Galery Owner and has Free Downloads. He can load the photos individually, but no longer as a ZIP.
