Creating Google Tags & Pinterest Tags

Where do I paste the info for the Creating Google tags? {head} I can't find where the Header page is. I have to set this up on each page of my website, is that something doable here? I have to set up the google tags first, then basically do the same thing to set up the Pintrest tags and verify my website. I use Sytist as my landing page and service information pages. Then when one clicks the "order" tab it goes into a different software. But we have many pages of different items, is there a way to set up meta tags for every page?
I'm also confused on what the Preview Text box is??

If you need to add something to the head tag, Design -> Header & Footer -> Head Code
