Home Page Showing Up As List And Not As They Site

Hi - just installed the software and the homepage was working for a second and now it just shows up as a list instead. What happened?

NEVERMIND - I figured out that the index.php page got renamed somehow.
its all good now.
For future or other people that have this problem - use FTP client and look at the name of the index.php. If it looked crazy like mind, change it back to index.php and all will be fixed.
