Very new at this.....
I have the need for the passcode individual photos feature. I will be uploading many prepaid digital images set for free download to one gallery. Passcode photos is "On" and Password Protect is set to "No". I created the .csv file and uploaded it but when the passcode for a particular image is entered in "Find my Photos" I get a Gallery Not Found error.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes you need to add the file extension to the filename of the photo.
And if successful you will see the passcode under the thumbnails in the admin.

Sorry for the delay been away. Thanks for the responses but that did not work. I added the .jpg extension exported the excel to .csv and uploaded and it gave me the green flag that it had completed. Instead of the passcode being under the image, it put the filename of the image under it. The cells in excel is formatted for general.

Usually when this happens it is the encoding of the CSV file. See this page and if that helps.

Thanks Tim. Will give it a go. I also did this on a Windows 7 Pro machine. Could that be an issue as well?
