Global Shut-off For Social Shares?

Hi there, new here! Looking for a global shut-off for any social sharing icons (email, twitter, fb etc) for all galleries.

I thought I had turned it off at the category level (img 1) however the buttons are still there in the gallery (img 2) until I disable it in each gallery page individually by checking the box circled in img 3.

I'm sure it's user error - what am I doing wrong?

Those are the page share options. To disable them, go to Settings -> Share & Facebook.

Under Page Share Options select the first option then uncheck each of the options ( Email Link, Facebook Like, etc...) and update settings.
